We had a great experience working with John Marquez and Limbird Real Estate. From the very start John helped us figure out what we needed to do before putting the house on the market. He helped us price the house in a way that was reasonable and brought great offers. Since this was the first time we had sold a house John helped us navigate the best offers. That level of comfort in the process is priceless. To think we had originally thought of selling our house ourselves but we even joked at closing we were so glad we didn’t on seeing all that John and Limbird did for use and how easy they made the whole process and experience. We could not have been any happier.

As a first time homebuyer, I always assumed the buying process would be a huge headache. However, I don't think I could've been proven more wrong. Working with Aaron Heiskell and the Limbird team near immediately dissolved my negative expectations. Any feelings of apprehension I had were replaced with excitement. In fact, this process went so well that I feel a little guilty. I could always rely on Aaron to answer my questions or obtain additional info. He was very proactive with home recommendations and could level with me when it mattered. Most importantly, he located and secured me an excellent deal on a quality home that I'm going to love. Very positive experience overall. I don't think I could recommend this group enough!

Brian Schibi recently helped us purchase our first home and he was incredible to work with. He took the time to explain the home buying process, showed us listings we wanted to see, made awesome recommendations on other homes to see, and handled negotiations with the seller in a way that was entirely stress free for us. I couldn't imagine a better home-buying experience!
