We have absolutely loved working with Taylor - more than just an agent, he is an all around fantastic human being. As an agent, he is attentive, responsive, and addresses all concerns. As we’ve gotten to work him more, we’ve seen how thoughtful and caring he is as a person - he truly made our home buying experience in NWA great! Not only did he help us find our home, but Taylor went above and beyond to help us find a rental on very short notice when we first arrived in Arkansas from out of state. He was able to organize 12 showings over one weekend, took into consideration our work schedules, and planned each one in the most time efficient manner. He helped get answers to all of our questions we had regarding each rentals’ terms and policies, without us needing to constantly remind him or ask for updates. With Taylor’s help, we were able to find our temporary housing that same weekend! When purchasing our home, we contacted Taylor because of the positive experience we had when finding our rental. When things didn’t seem to be in our favor during negotiations, Taylor fought for us. He is very knowledgeable about the market and advising on what to offer and ask for from the Sellers. He had great insight on things that arose in the process we were unsure how to navigate, and ultimately saved us thousands in purchasing our home! We have no doubt that Taylor - with his work ethic, knowledge, and personality - will be one of Limbird’s best realtors, if not already!

We set up a meeting with Rick Maiers with a goal to buy a home in about 6 months. That was less than 2 months ago… Today we closed on our family’s first home! Rick made it easy to open up and trust him with the process. I very much appreciate his consistency and his drive for finding families their perfect home. As a first-time homebuyer, the process seemed intimidating and a bit scary, but the Limbird lays it all out for you. I will recommend my family and friends to Rick and the Limbird team because he created such a positive and calm home-buying experience for us.

This is the second time I have used Limbird to sell a home. Both experiences were excellent. Brian Schibi was our agent on the most recent home sell. He had "open house" almost every weekend, and followed up on leads related to the home. When the home sold, the closing was in less than 30 days and we were out of the town and unable to sign paperwork. Brian set us up for success by working with the Title Company so that everything could be done electronically. It all went smoothly and Brian even helped us take care of last minute requests associated with the house. We are very pleased with the whole process and would not hesitate to utilize Limbird & Brian again.
